okay, i have this ISO

and it has 3 files in it when i unzip (or un-rar ) it.

i have:
1. PSP: has two folders and one with the "%" sign at the end that i am supposed to put in the Game direc. of my PSP
2. PSP_GAME: has all the important stuff like the USRDIR and the SYSDIR etc.
3. X: has a folder named flash1 and a bunch of other files like (SOMENAME).prx etc...

how do i play this??
i am using UMD Emulator.

Thats a loader for an iso most definatly. I dont think it contains the ISO. Can you try to show us in a pic or something? Mostly thats a loader like on psp-hacks or a dump i cant remember what their called lol.

Just incase it is an ISO you should have the ISO in the ISO folder when you instaled the UMD emulator on your PSP

This should be in the help forum shouldn't it?

yeah i know what you mean

but it DOES have the iso

cuz when you get an ISO for example: GAME.iso

it has all of the stuff i have right now (there is a folder that came with my ISO that has sysdir, and usrdir etc.)
so the ISO that i should put in the ISO folder has all of these files, exept they are compacted together (or something).

i don;t know if that makes sense or not but i don;t get what this thing is

Ooooh, I think I know the problem. You forgot to do something. I use this program called UMDGen which compiles those files you got in those folders called PSP_GAME and that other folder.
Tell me, what folders are with the PSP_GAME? Like are there any other files where the PSP_Game folder is? Not inside PSP_GAME, but with PSP_GAME.
Tell me them and I will tell you what files to make it into an ISO.

no, dude i know what you are talking about

and don;t worry i know which files to use to make it into an ISO

so what program do you use? UMDGen??

hmmmi i will check it out.

by the way what do i do with the file "X"

it has a flash1 folder i it with a bunch of other files. some of those files are .prx files.

EDIT: okay, well i have figured everything out i just ahve one problem... i dont have the UMDdata.bin file....

what do i do??

Have you tested it out? Is it working? If not then your gonna need that file.

yeah,
i noticed the same thing.

but i can't try it just yet cuz i only have the 1 gig MS
and the ISO is 1.3 gigs.

hopefully soon i will get the 4GB HD D
and then i can try it out. but for now, i think i just have to wait.

but i am almost certain that you DO need the UMD Data.bin.
ALL isos have it.
