why OH why can a TA-082 Motherboard not be downgraded / downdated

I mean some one who has TA-082 has got to feel me and will there ever be a way to downgrade a TA-082

Or is yours not a TA-082, or is it?

A TA-082 will result in a bricked psp, I have no idea why it will result in a brick tho...
