it used to work b4 when i was in Puerto Rico on my cuz's wireless network but now at my friends house or at my local coffee shop (in tennessee now) it doesnt. I opened the nesscesary ports UDP 10070-10080 and TCP/UDP 6000-7000 and enabled dmz host for the wireless router hooked up to the dsl modem, and enabled dmz host on the wireless router to my psp's ipaddress on it, and used port forwarding for the same ports on the wireless router, turned off the firewall on the dsl modem and still no online chat. I cant hear nor talk, does anyone what the prob is and a solution?
btw: every game i play shows the headset icon red with a slash through it.

Your mic has to be compatible with socom navy seals.
Plus, how does your connections have anything to do with the volume?
Does it work in your home?

i know it has to be compatible, but u dont have to have it in to press the L button in the lobby to hear the 'beep' that says ur talking.ppl who dont have headset press the button, the game says there talkn but they dont have a headset u know. And what u mean volume? like psp volume? cuz that all the way up.
