i need help 2 downgread psp v 2.6 i got all the stuff i need but when i go 2 the eloader and go to the downgread it jest restarts and say cant read disc and i still have the same 2.6

Restart it, see if anything happens, if it doesnt, try downgrading again, and use the easy downgrader.
If it does the same thing, you probably have a TA-082 motherboard on hand. Which is weird since if it didnt brick then shouldnt there not be kernal access on 2.7?

Wait, are you saying thats theres some writing on the umd drive? Like digits? If there is you have a TA-082 motherboard, which is why you havnt changed you're firmware version.

Exactly, without a TA-082 motherboard you should be able to downgrade.
Try again, you probably did something wrong.

Are you using the easy downgrader? If you are, please don't if its not working numerously.
Use the downgrader where you have to get 1.5 files.
