is there a way to get an english version of the psp internet from the pack generator or is it only in japanese?

Nope, you either stick with this one for awhile, or just wait for the update of it...which i hope will be in english. so to answer you're question again, its only Japinese.

That, or you can go with the wipeout pure browser, I would reccomend monkeys way though, just giving you the option.
