Screen shattered

When I was mugged, I happened to get kicked in the pocket my psp was in. The screen shattered. Is it easy t0 replace it?
Or install a new one?

its easy to replace... but if u were me u would buy another one, get insurance... happen to break the second one and get a third one....
then after u have 3 u would sell one to terdinglage and u would only have one thats broken

Would It be possible to take the motherboard out of the old broken 1.5, and, say, Put it in a pink one if I got one? Motherboard transplant?

yea thats possible... just check something.
when u turn ur broken psp on does light come through (sign that motherboard still works)

Yes, light comes through. It works.
I guess Id better go to bestbuy or something, get to work on my Franken-psp. Im going to look some things up, see If I can make a seond card slot, for more memory.

actually and its quite cake taking it out cuz, well, its already busted but YOU GOTTA BE CAREFULL PUTTING IN THE NEW ONE AS NOT TO SCRATCH THE BACKSIDE AS DOING WILL MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IT HAS DEAD PIXELS WHEN IT'S ON OR BREAK IT AS WELL. My best suggestion is send it to sony but theyll upgrade best bet is to buy erickplaystation's psp and save the old parts in case of a brick or sell em on ebay.

Yes, it does suck. I think I can file a lawsuit von them somewhere to get a new one... my mother is a lawyer, so I get free legal advice (:
