i finally get past the tiger guy now im stuck on the bald bull
who knows how to beat him????

I have no clue what you're talking about, that looks like the one for SNES, but for NES, I was able to get past Mr. Dream (the last one)

mike tyson us beatable i watched my cuzin beat him a couple of time but u need to practice a lot against him cuz 1 him and yr gone
puncharger-played and past him but dont remember try and look at gamefaqs

I've done it a couple of times and Bald Bull is hella easy to beat, all you have to do is land the power punches on his stomach before he does his super weird donkey combo...
