they've gotta go through admin first, is the best way.
think about 4images.. i run two sites with 4images and a lot of different mods available for it.

feel free to post your 12-SET of background images or individual ones right here. just upload them to www.imageshack.us and post the link all the way at the bottom right here,

we will soon have our very own database of backgrounds which you will be able to post, rate, comment, etc....
