I would like to thank these 2 ppl that replied to my post in the help section.

Unfortunately my psp is not working anymore ( fastest record ever for breaking a psp. I bought it on monday morning. lol ).

I used the easy downgrader from 2.71 to 1.50 that D3ViLsAdvocate suggested (I thought it was working for 2.81 version too) and although program asked me 2 or 3 times if I am sure that i got 2.71 i said yes :P

P.S. This is not a flamepost for D3ViLsAdvocate. Its not his fault if I am so stupid ( or noob if u want :) ) and used that program. Its a really THANK U post to these 2 ppl (I really appreciate those who give their time to help others in any prob)

P.S.2 Next time I'll check first if there is a proper downgrader and then i'll buy a psp, lol.

I'm sorry about that man. They are great assets to this site and they know a lot, as do many others. It's a shame that this little goof-up slipped past their radar but that kind of stuff happens all the time on all psp sites. The good news is that you can take it back to the store for a new psp (assuming you have the warranty).

Now, I don't mean to insult your intelligence... but bricking so soon is pretty ignorant of you. But never fear, there are always good resources to check up to make sure you don't repeat the same mistakes. I use this site as a crash course for people interested in the psp. I suggest you give it a once-over and decide what is best for you. And as always, questions will be answered in the Help section if you ever need it ;)

No problem. I thought you said 2.71 but o'well. If the multiply questions "Are you certain you have 2.71", didn't make you stop than I guess your better off.

PSP NOOB is back :)

I went to the store this morning to tell them that in an update i tried the psp died, and at the same time one more guy was having the same problem with and was talking to another technician (This proves that I am not the only noob here, lol).

They thought that it was a hmmmmmm how did they say it, oh yes factory cmos fault if i remember right and they changed our psp with new ones :)

I don't know about the other guy how he breaked his psp but I got a new one with the same firmware (unfortunatelly) and I am ready to upgrade/downgrade/kill it/break it again :)

So mister D3ViLsAdvocate and asddasit its time for u to give me one more time your wisdom (slourp slourp) and answer my question in the help section. (no need to spam post)

I am waiting.

Thanx again
The noobmaster
