I need a .avi codec
Posted: Sun May 13, 2007 2:38 pmTitle says all. For some reason I don't have a .avi codec or a program that will run .avi by default. Any help would be appreciated.

google and dl for 'media player classic'
or google and dl 'vlc' player
all of which will allow u to play avi

To me, codecs are so out-dated.
VLC media player is the way to
go in terms of media.
It will SERIOUSLY play ANYTHING
that's a media file. even those
awkward russian video formats.
Even if it doesn't recognize it, it will
still play it! lol
it's purely amazing.

Posted: Sun May 13, 2007 3:11 pmI have one on a disc that has the k lite plugins or... something. I never needed to use it because I was fine without it but now that I need it I can't find it. It's all good though.

Besides, Windows media player sucks so much genitalia.
And Jet Audio is good for making lots of play lists and it takes up like No power when it runs.
