Is it me or did this just automatically happened by itself? I don't know what the hell I did, I tried to
install some xmb themes and it just totally screwed up by shutting off my psp, then I ran the recovery in
the recovery mode and I had to reset the time and date and everything seems back to normal except this:

Some Asian site comes up on portable tv and playstation spot is something that makes you access the internet for free.

EDIT: I googled it and it seemed I had to go into configuration and changed the psp fake region and it went away.

yeah I fixed it, there was something in my flash1 folder I had to delete.

I thought that was normal... lol. I have a Japanese PSP, so I've had those for a while.

Not sure about playstation spot, but portable tv brings you to a sony page where you can download various video clips for a fee. A lot of them are japanese idols and stuff. I think it's like 400 yen/vid (about $4 US). I looked around for free ones but couldn't find any.
