Game Title: Dungeons and Dragons Tactics

Genre: RPG

Strengths: Excellent gameplay and leveling system, very interactive in-game (adventure) system, great environments and graphical FX (magic stuff, attacks, etc). Engaging storyline, satisfying combat system.

Weaknesses: Clunky menu system, the turn-based adventuring system (i.e. following turns even when not in combat) gets old and annoying after a while. Also, the camera angle is kind of limited. It can go from top-down (90 deg. from surface) to what I would estimate a 75 deg. from surface.

Description: I suck at describing things, but here I go: Top-down turn based RPG, based on Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 ruleset. I haven't played into it far enough to really understand the story, but it has certainly piqued my interest

Retail Price: I paid $40 something for it

Number of Players: 4 via ad-hoc wifi. One MAJOR plus about it is the multiplayer system. You can have both multiplay adventures and multiplay deathmatch (i.e. face off one of your friends in a duel)

Graphics: 10/10. Sweet grafix, sweet texture detail, AMAZING environments. See for yourself:

Sound: 7/10. Pretty good sound effects. Could be better, but not bad enough to make me dislike it.

Gameplay: 5/10. In a combat situation, the menu system is effective. While not in combat, it's clunky and annoying.

Overall: 7/10. Overall, I'd say a good buy and def. worth the $40 I paid for it.

~Reviewed~

Good job on the review. I might give this game a shot sometime down the road, it looks and sounds real fun to play.
Some advice for your next review, play around with the bbcode a bit to change the font sizes/colour/type/etc. If your unsure on how to use bbcode, when your making a post on the left hand side of your screen there will be the word "bbcode" click on that and it will give you an idea on how to fiddle around with it.
