No its not a homebrew either, sheesh you guys are way off lol.

Its a 2d fighting engine that you are able to download on a computer. Basically it lets you
download your own characters and stages. And add a screen pack look and it allows you to
add up to many character select screens you can have for each character you want to choose.

Don't ask me how to download characters, stages etc. Just look for tutorials on youtube or google it.
