Ok, I followed Advents directions to get CFW, currently running 3.52 M33-4 and was wondernig what the following was:
SCE Netconfbackup
cube
ipldump
kdumper
nanddumper
irshell
Spelling may be a bit off, but what exactly are those apps?
Cheers,
pqumsieh

Those files are probably just the files that where put on your memory stick in order to upgrade/downgrade your psp. You should be able to delete them, they are just under GAME/Memory stick right?

There just files for updating. You can reformat your memory stick using the psp itself. irshell is the only actual program you can use, other then the network backup thing which you don't really need now.

Put shortcut to your homebrew programs and emulators on your psp.
has a cool Universal Remote program you can use to control different devices.
Its just basically another XMB, but in a different format.
It is pretty cool, it has easy access to devhook and you can also go into USB Mode and you don't even have to keep your screen sitting there. You can be in USB Mode and off listening to music and going into different sections on your psp.
Theres a huge configuration menu where you can change different stuff. You can activate an auto-boot plugin and have ir shell boot when you turn on your psp. And you can choose to set a password on ir shell too, so you need to enter a password in order to enter the PSP.
Theres more stuff, you will see all the different things if you get it.
