Brewology

Completely new at this, and stuck at a fairly early stage...
I've got 3.52 m33-4 installed fine, and I've now donloaded a homebrew pack from this site's pack generator.
Copied everything into the directory on my psp, but now when I go to game>memory stick> and pick any app icon, the psp loading screen displays for a while, then it goes to an error
"The game could not be started. (8002014C)" and goes right back to the menu...

Any ideas what might be wrong or how I could fix it? Any help would be very much appreciated!

try disabling no-umd mode and then insert a umd into your tray and try running the game.
