is there a program that takes screenshots except for irshell

Yea, heres a plugin. Just copy/paste the plugin to inside the 'seplugin' folder on the base of your memory stick. Then make a vsh.txt file in the 'seplugin' folder and type this: 'ms0:/seplugins/capture.prx' (without quotes)

Then go into recovery mode and enable the plugin
Press the music note button to take a picture and
Press the R button and music note button at the same time and it records a .GIF i think.

the program isnt working ive enabled it in the recov menu but the music button isnt doing anything and ive tryed evry other button and no screenshot

Hm not sure, download this and copy/paste the 'seplugins' folder over to the base of your memory stick where the 'PSP' 'VIDEO' 'MUSIC' and 'ISO' folders are. Then go to the recovery mode and enable the Capture.vsh and then reboot your psp and it should work.
