PSP Video 9 Settings

What settings do most of you use when converting avi's to mp4 for the PSP using PSP Video 9? I am using version 2.25. I am about to start converting some of my movies and would like to use the best settings.

i just use the default settings, but it shows a little bit of ghosting...not really enough to bother you though.

I just change it to the highest firmware setting, my videos turn out fine. But I usually don't use it unless It is a big file.
