From what I've read that battery is not modable.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but you'll need to get a new battery to modify.

What do some of the chips say? I remember reading that on that one, the moddable chip was simply relocated. But if I am wrong, there are solutions. Other members can make pandora's for you. I think there may be some in Australia. Also, today I learned that Datel's "Service Tool" battery converter actually works. I know that because I bought the battery converted just last month

. Good luck

There's enough information about hardmoding slim batteries that I think you can trust the tutorials that are out. If you need to do it, just do it.
