Does anybody have a link for the 3.90 recovery file?

According to my knowledge there is no recovery file for 3.80, which makes me believe there isn't one for 3.90. Am I wrong?

RECOVERY FILES:
FOR FAT PSPS ONLY!!!! SLIMS DO NOT SUPPORT 1.5 !!
Use these if u semi-brick ur psp and/or have to downgrade back to 1.5
There is no recovery file for 3.80M33 yet....
EBOOT.PBP(recovery file) goes in ms0:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\
Run from Recovery Menu (run program @ /PSP/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP)
