why is it that in order to use 1.00 homebrew you still have to have 1.5 Kernel set sometimes on a phat psp?

Becuase 1.00 is closer to 1.50 than 1.00 and 3.90.
Otherwise we would be able to use all homebrew on a higher version kernel.

IMO 2.60 Kernel is the best :)

What the heck how is 1.00 closer to 1.50 then it is closer to 1.00? xD.
1.50 Can run unsigned code, 2.00 and higher can't without some more advanced help. That's what I've always thought, or at least that's how it started.

i think he meant that 1.5 is closer to 1 than 3.xx is to 1. But Adventwolf really answered my question best, but i really get it now.
