I pretty much have no clue how to upgrade from 3.51 M33 to 3.52 M33.

I read the readme.txt and I have no clue what this means...

Instructions: copy seplugins to the root of the memory stick. Extract the following prx of a firmware: /kd/popsman.prx, /kd/pops.prx, /vsh/modules/libpspvmc.prx and /vsh/modules/pafmini.prx and copy them to /seplugins/popsloader/ with names like popsman3XX, pops3XX.prx, libpspvmc3XX.prx, pafmini3XX.prx, where XX is 40, 51, or 52.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have 3.52 M33 but I want to get it to 3.52 M33-4.
Thats where I get the instructions I have no idea how to follow.

the instructions you have there are for making fw for popsloader. If you want to update your PSP's firmware to -4, there usually is a update folder in the 3.51m33-4. When ive done it, just put the update folder in your GAME folder and run the program.
