Getting my Cintro to work.

Hey y'all it is me again, I am trying to run my Cintro on my PSP but after following the tutorial it doesn't seem to wanna work.
I was told it has trouble running on 3.71 M33-4 but I wanna keep that firmware plus upgrading/downgrading is a bleeding headache.
Help, cheers.

It's not that hard to upgrade to 3.90m33-3.

Yeah but does that one play Cintro's?
Not really bothered about upgrading unless Crisis Core will require me to upgrade.
Just want my PSP to play Cintro's, given up on getting Resident Evil 3 to run.

i have 3.90 m33-3 and the cintro doesnt work unless you flash the files. which i am reluctant to do. Thats why i wanted to downgrade to a lower cfw on my slim

Wouldn't it be good if we had a universal firmware that could do everything?
Play Cintro's
Play Gameboots
Run any PS1 game (including Resident Evil 3)
Supply Adhoc mode so any homebrew or PS1 game could be 2 to 4 players
Run any homebrew perfectly
Run any emulator perfectly even Dreamcast
I know that is a pipe dream cos of the amount of fail safes Sony put in their original firmware but it would be good.

oh yeah. All i want is Cintro's, ISO's, Gameboots, Irshell and Emu's. Not to much to ask is it?

really? but i cant play ISO's that require higher OFW though right?
edit: for the slim i would need DCv2 for that right? then just upgrade to m33-4?

What do you want to play that requires higher?
Well you have 2 psps, the phat one can be on 3.52, and the slim can be up to date

hmm but the plan was to sell the phat (since the gf already noticed the slim and i cant convince her that i NEED two while spending so much on school)
I guess ive played most of the up to newer iso's. Been trying out a few to see if i can find one that measures up to god of war and crisis core. So far no luck. Guess i dont see the harm in going 3.52, untill i find a game i MUST have.
I wanted the cintro and gameboots on the slim, since its the psp i use the most. Decisions! wow!
