You are correct in that you need a pandora's battery, but you can either make one with another psp that has cfw, make one where you cut a trace on the battery (or wire up a switch), or you can buy one for like $10.50. Those are your options for putting cfw on your psp. Then just read the corresponding tutorial and ask us what steps you don't understand

O and to make a magic memory stick you just need a way to place the files onto the memory stick. Maybe through your psp, or your computer you just need a way to get the files onto the memory stick, which I believe the latest upgrades you to 3.80M33, then you can either upgrade to whatever, or stay there.
