i really cant figure this out to save my life. been working on it for 5 hours straight now. can someone please help me out?

You need, a rom, a bios file, and an emu.

how do i do that? and im also having issues with IR shell...... got the 3.9v and read every single page on it in the forum, and i just need an idiots guide to doing both. could you do that for me?

Download the emulator. Download a gba bios (you'll have to find that on a torrent site or something similar) and download the rom file. It's like the iso of the game. That too will have to be found on a torrent site or another similar site.
