Ok so the screen on my friends PSP is completely unusable... and no chance of a new screen working on it. However it completely works other than that, i can hear the sounds of the XMB. Its a fat psp so i wanted to know if theres any kind of program or something that can use a PC monitor as the display with a USB cable or something?
i wonder how this guy did it in this video:

Its a plugin... Can't remember what its called though...
Does your buddy have a CFW?
Also, what makes you so sure that a new screen won't help?

remote joy works only with UMD's and ISO's. And I took His UMD drive out. So i need some way to put the video out for anything, not just isos

haha exactly, idk what in the world to say to that. Which is why i said the only way he could really use it to my knowledge was to use some kind of alternative video source.

Well... Either find the part or buy a new motherboard.
