Save them to psp:/common

In the web browser type in file:psp/common/filenamehere.swf
Profit

But it has to be a point and click only type of thing

No access to wifi. Can I do it through PC?

If you save them to your memory card, you can still access them through the internet browser without turning your WLAN switch even on.
Save them somehwere like in MS0:PSP/COMMON/ and then in your PSP's web browser, type in file://psp/common/filename.swf.
If you don't have flash player enabled, then go to the recovery menu, and you can activate it there without wifi. :D

Quick correction:
  Code:
file://ms0:/psp/common/

For the sake of ease, just put the SWFs in ms0://PSP/

you dont need wifi, you are just running the SWF in the web browser program.
