There is a post just like this but i have a different issue. I got an iso and then extracted it and it broke up into more parts. Part 1 of the file is a .exe and the rest are zips. How can i get the iso. I tried to open the .exe file and i get a access denied error and when i try to extract the zips it tells me i need to start the extraction from a previous vloume so i can extract. Is there some program that i need to run the .exe file?

The .exe should be starting the extracting just fine, do you have admin priviliges, or is there anything that might stop you from unzipping it or running a .exe?

Yeah this is a admin account. I dont know what could be stopping the .exe file from running. I will try disabling my AVG and see if that does it.

Nope that didnt do it. I am getting an error creating a folder - access is denied

It looks like this must be common for a .exe file to be packaged with the zip files. I just dont know how to open it.

It is, if you have WINRAR installed, it should start up a auto extract, it might of been made with WINRAR (the auto extract) so you'll have to install WINRAR

Try moving it out of your TEMP folder, and put it on your desktop or something.

see thats the thing its not in a temp folder. I have the files in a folder on the c:\ and i then extract it to my desktop so its not in a temp folder. this makes not sense at all.

Holy Crap i got it to work!!! I just browsed out to the file that was denying me access and the .exe file was in there. I then ran the file and it extracted everything to a cso file NOT iso file. If i am correct those work the same right?
