Thumbnails for videos

I am running firmware 4.1 m33.
Is there a way to apply pictures/thumbnails for my videos in my PSPs video folder?

Create a JPEG with the following specs:
W 160px x H 120px
Resolution: 72 pixel/inch
Make sure it has the same name as the movie file, then change the file from jpg to thm.
As a side note, please try using google. I searched for "psp movie thumb" and the very first website gave me the proper information.

Thank you. I did some searching, but I just didn't use the right phrase I guess.

I think you need a thumbnail formatted picture to be in the video folder to get it show. (Which should be built in but whatever)
Get the JPG file you want as the thumbnail, and rename it the same name as the video but with the .THM extension instead of .JPG. Both videos should be in the same folder, and wallllllahhhh! That's as easy as it gets.
