Update MMS to newer DC?

How can I update my Magic Mem Stick to install a newer CFW, or basically how do I make a DC5 MMS into a DC7 MMS?

Why isnt my unlocked blackberry storm receiving mms? I'm using att and I can send mms and the receiver gets it, but I cant receive them. My dad had this phone before me and used att on it, and his mms receiving worked fine.
