MP4 to PSP problems

Okay, this is driving me crazy. I've downloaded numerous short videos (under 5 minutes in length), but can't download a 21 minute video.

Here's what I've got:

Older PSP running 5.02. I used Replay Media Catcher to convert into MP4's which I transferred via an old version of PSP Media Manager. There weren't any problems with the <5 minute videos which stored them as MP4 files with the largest size being 96,851 KB. I then used Wondershare DVD Ripper to rip a 21 minute DVD video a MP4 file which was 139,561 KB. I've tried dragging/dropping to the mp_root/100mnv01 folder, I've tried using the Media Manager and the transfer tool provided by Wondershare. Every time I try to access the video from the PSP I get an "Unsupported Data" error. However, I can play it on my computer from the file on the PSP.

This is driving me crazy. This video SHOULD be viewable on the PSP, but it's not. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Thanks.

I like to use Xvid4PSP to create MP4 files. I have never had a problem.

try making a video folder at the root of your memory stick and putting your mp4 there.

What alistor said, I only put my videos in the VIDEO folder and they work fine.

I eventually updated the Pinnacle software and was able to download okay. The video folder didn't work for me.
