Can a slim psp be downgraded w/o a second psp? Or do you need a phat psp

Yes, but you need to get a Pandora's battery either off the internet or from a friend. You can also make your own by cutting the wires of an extra battery you may have. Then, just get the right files off the internet.
To get homebrew on your PSP slim, you could just use the TIFF exploit. What's your firmware?

4.05, i made a pandoras from a phat psp battery but i do not have a phat psp so i can't make the appropriate mms?

fulling update to 4.01 M33 but don't know how to download games onto it and be able to play them. I have crash bandicoot's iso(psx) version but don't know wat to do with it or where to get a gba emulator to work and put pokemon on it. So confusedon putting gaems on it.
