Help on corrupted save file

I haved downloaded a PSP save file in here it shows the icon on the saved games but when you load it it says it is corrupted. I followed the READ ME text properly. Still it would not load. My firm ware is GEND3. Thanks in advance

it might be saved as a second save. compare it to a save made by you, and see what is different.

I'm also having trouble with a corrupted save file. How do I move saved files for Monster Hunter 2 Freedom without corrupting it. No of the saved game files I downloaded for it worked. It always says the data is corrupted.
