still quite new to this. have hacked psp to 3.03 oe c, but brought a new game and it's asking me to update b4 i can play it, just need sum info on wat i shud do.

Well, the rule of thumb is to never update. What firmware does it need to be on? I'd suggest updating to the latest custom firmware and using a special plug-in to run the newer games.
