Hello again, im having some trouble when the Crash Bandicoot psx iso loads, after the ps1 loading screen appears the iso seems to be loading but the screen remains black and doesnt do anything, and in the Ape Escape iso after the ps1 loading screen then appears a message saying I need a dual shock controler and after that it does the same as the Crash iso. Any help would be gratified

Many Thanks
-Gil

Do you have everything set up correctly? (keys.bin, EBOOT.PBP etc)

how are you putting them on your memory stick and what firmware is your psp on?

yeah I am on 3.03 OE C, and with 1.50 kernel mode, and everything is on place because it actually runs but gets stuck there.

some ps1 games will not load if its set to 1.50 kernel, try setting it to 3.02 in the recovery menu in the meantime.

did you use a 3.02OE Customizer to to fleash the opening_plugin.rco?

dont bother with game303 game150

Already done that, and by the way that is the only way I cannot get a corrupt icon putting them in the Game folder instead of the Game 150 or Game 303 folder

I think that the ISO should have been in an .ISO format and then changed.. I may be wrong. Then you need 2 files, an EBOOT.PBP file and a KEYS.BIN file. Once you get those, put them in a folder, then in the GAME folder on your PSP's MS. I think your problem may have occured while converting..

The last thing I did was to burn those images, then I stored them again in my pc in .iso format made it again eboot and key and then transfered them to the psp and the same problem occurs. I think there should be something i can do to the Ape Escape iso because it loads but after the message that I need a dual shock controller it stops loading.

"popstation now lets the use of non-encrypted DATA.PSP. If data.psp is in the same directory as the app, popstation will use that as the DATA.PSP of the eboot.pbp. Otherwise, it will use the one from BASE.PBP. A DATA.PSP that imitates the original sony one is included. EBOOT.PBP generated with a non encrypted data.psp won't need the file KEYS.BIN at all. (Note: these EBOOT.PBP cannot work in versions prior to 3.03 OE-C due to a bug that those versions had.)"
