I know you can downgrade a 2.71 TA-082 but my friend has a 3.03 and a TA-082. Is that downgradable, if not whats the highest firmware I can have?

Oh wow sweet. I was like 80% sure it was not possible. Thanks mate, now I should be able to downgrade some more psp's and make some more money

Yea it just makes a quick little patch. You just confirm to make the patch and it does it.
