I want to buy a new one on ebay. Which should I buy though. I am unsure of which brands are good, and I want a battery that last longer then stock battery for a good price.

^ edited your post so it doesn't say "psp batter"
hope you don't mind lol
As far as I know there is only a "20% extra" battery on the market. You can also opt for a battery with 3 AAA battery slots in it. You can use rechargeable batteries for those and that should last longer than a normal battery too.

10 hours of battery life isnt long enough for you?
If your using it for travelling, you can buy a car charger to plug in while your playing.
I wouldnt really suggest purchasing any type of battery other than the sony one because i've heard some brands tend to bulge out the back, some brands dont connect properly thus shutting your psp off during use. Just stick with sony cause im sure you wont need anymore than 20 hours of use on them anyway. Maybe invest in something that can charge one battery while your using the other.

The battery does not provide 10 hours of gameplay. Nowhere near.

When my stock battery was brand new I was getting near 8 hours of battery life - quite admirable. After over a year I am seeing more like 6 hours though. Perhaps I will get a new battery in another 6 months for a little more life.

depends on what your doing on it...regular use; gaming for a few hours, switching stuff around, accessing your usb n uploading something lasts about 8 -9 hours...if your just watching a movie it'll last about 3.5 - 4.

i know i've gamed on my psp for a few hours turned it off jammed on it for another few turned it off n did some other stuff on there for a few n it had about 5% battery life left on many occasions.
Just depends on what your doing with it.
