They host isos and roms on that site, last time I checked, posting a link to any site that has roms or ISOs was against the rules.

Which site are you talking about? Arto's link or Mailas'? because with Systems and Sketches we have created a means of not allowing downloads of roms or isos to anyone unless they were a member, so that we could still advertise the site on other sites under the sole reason that there is plenty of other stuff on the site besides downloads. On the other hand, as notorious as dcemu is, I've never personally downloaded a rom/iso from there.
