xmb customization in 3.40 oe

I have 3.03 oe-c right now and i want to go to 3.40 oe-a. I have some awsome icons that i like, but i understand that they wont work in 3.40 oe. I heard that you can get xmb modification in 3.40. What do i have to do to get my 3.03 oe-c icons into 3.40 oe-a format?

yeah it's really simple.
plus so many people are making Icons for 3.10+ that it's become the "default" format.
all you have to do is extract the 3.03 images from the 3.03 rco, and inject them into the hacked 3.10/3.40 rco.
