First I have to ask this cause the firmware you stated is 3.30 and not 3.30 oe-a...So which one are you on?
And how did you manage to delete recovery?

If you deleted your recovery, then I believe you deleted your "Vshxmain.prx"
Correct?
if so, your screwed.

There is no homebrew with 3.30 Sony Firmware!

In all honesty, you will just have to sit tight and wait this one out. Thousands upon thousands of people have had this exact same thing happen them. I'm a psp expert, and yes, once upon a time I was using version 1.52 (needed 1.50) and couldn't run homebrew. It happens to the best of us. I had to wait about 2 months for a downgrader, and I'd guess that if any developer WANTS to make a downgrader for version 3.30 or 3.40 etc. ~ that it would be out within the next 3 months.

There is always the option of purchasing a motherboard that has downgradable firmware or purchasing a mod chip

Yeah, the modchip
will surely fix things.
But did you say that
you DO have access
to the recovery menu,
or you DON'T?
'Cause i bricked mine,
and i figured out how
to unbrick it.
If you don't have access
to the menu, however,
you are pretty much f**k.
Unless..........you use a modchip.

i do not have access and i know i DID, because i sort of semi bricked
my psp at 3.11 and it took me to recovery mode. and psp_man if u brick your psp and undo
the brick will it still be at the same fw? and do u need a mod chip to unbrick it?
i wonder why i updated

So you semi bricked a psp with Sony's official 3.11 firmware on it? And when you did, it took you to the recovery mode screen and you deleted the recovery mode? HuH? I think that may be just near impossible.....How did you brick it???

well, no matter what if you updated to Sony firmware, you lost all the good stuff.
Enjoy your new paperweight.
