Can you downgrade a 2.60 TA MotherBoard to 1.5 then up to 3.03 OE-C?
If so can somebody send me a tut. and a ez installer.

yup
upgrade to 2.71 to use the 2.71 downgrader
then upgrade to 3.03 oe-c
I believe theres tutorials on this site under the tutorial section located in the master guide.
