i just completed downgrade from 2.80 to 1.50
and then installation of 3.03 OE-C

can i remove any of these folders now? (list of stuff shows up under games that i have no idea what they are and some say corrupted data)

Yea, just backup any files you want to keep (ie.gamesaves) and then format the mem card using the psp. Like if you have picutres,music, videos or gamesaves then back them up, other then that format it using the psp.
