problem updating to 3.5

problem updating to 3.5. i dont have wi fi in my house so i downloaded the 3.5 update for the my 3.5 downgrade. its called 13840_EBOOT.PBP and i put it in the psp file psp/game/update. but when i try to start it and it says its currupted. what do i have to do to get to 3.5.

delete the "13840_" so its just EBOOT.PBP and that goes in UPDATE folder

What Akira said. The file that you downloaded just rename it to EBOOT.PBP

And he has to make the UPDATE folder in the GAME folder.

Yep. My bad I thought Akira said to name it update.pbp . Well yea anyways thats what he should do. Im pretty sure its UPDATE.PBP .....
