i'm on firmware 3.11 at the moment, can i use the 3.50 downgrader
to downgrade to 1.50, then upgrade to 3.03oec...

You need to upgrade to 3.50 in order to use the 3.50 Downgrader.

And next time don't make 2 threads in 2 different sections. Just make 1 thread in the right section. Heads up, when you upgrade to 3.50 you need to make a UPDATE folder in the GAME folder and rename the update file to EBOOT.PBP

Everythings included in the 3.50 downgrader, just follow the readme that comes with it and you should be fine. If you get stuck at any point or are uncertain then just come ask us before proceeding.

dont u need to DL the 1.5 EBOOT and rename it to UPDATE.PBP and put that into the 3.50 Downgrader UPDATE folder?

yes, but like i said all thats included in the downgrader package. If you open up the readme it has links to everything.
