I've done it both ways, but putting all questions in the Help section is technically more politically correct. When it comes down to it, the only reason I left general questions out of the Help section was so that they wouldn't flood the Help section and it would be easier for people to search up answers to their questions instead of posting a new, unecessary help thread. But it's all good.
