I always thought the help section was for PSP, I guess its in-general now.

Lol the help section description has never mentioned "PSP related", it just said for general help. It just so seems that everyone who visits here needs help with there psp.

Personally, I've always modded the forum by leaving psp questions in the help section and any other section wherever it may apply. I think Mailas posted in the correct place but I won't reverse it. It's fine.

"General Help Section" and "Got a question about
anything? Here is the place!"
Thats how i came to my conclusion. Plus the fact that general chat isn't a help section

If you would rather me leave the help stuff that doesnt relate to psp in general chat just let me know.

It's really your call. I've done it both ways, but putting all questions in the Help section is technically more politically correct. When it comes down to it, the only reason I left general questions out of the Help section was so that they wouldn't flood the Help section and it would be easier for people to search up answers to their questions instead of posting a new, unecessary help thread. But it's all good.
