Requesting information: the Vice City Stories Cheat Device

I am at the point where I finally want to start cheating like a hound dog on my Vice City Stories game. I've read up on the cheat device in the past but never used it. As I understand, this can be added to the seplugins folder or manually installed in the flash0, correct?
Details/ links would be appreciated.

For 3.03 OE-C ONLY:
It uses an application which installs it for you
For others:
The prx plugin (seplugins) will work with this in recovery.
Never installed it manually in flash0 before, but its the same method im assuming.

Well I'm on 3.03 oe-c. Do you have a link to the autoinstaller? I'm thinking about updating my firmware to 3.40 oe-a because Sony sent me a demo of the new Siphon Filter game and I kinda want to test drive it.

OT: I got the same demo too.
On topic... You just put it in the seplugins folder. Add it to the game.txt and pops.txt if you wana use it for ps1 games too.

He's already got it handled...gave him the link over msn specificly for 3.03 oe-c cheat device and he has it up and running. Just figured he woulda came back to let you guys know. Anyways if anyone else is having trouble with this then let me know and i'll post a link for the download.
