alright i can tell that you have no clue whats going on

let me start out by saying that if you have the latesd update from sony then you pretty much f**ked yourself over

if you still dont get it:

1. no, you cant install custom firmware now because you installed sony firmware (3.52, right?)

2. no, you can still install further updates to better custom firmwares and sony firmwares, CFW's never restrict you form updating basically

3. yes there are many guides on how to get custom firmware

4. you must have much patience for there is nothing anyone can do for you as of now

:(

He never said that he had the latest update.

1. Not sure.

2. I got my custom firmware quick, easy, and with no problems. I guess it depends on which firmware you have and who made the tutorial.

Oh snap, sorry bout that.

Like mice said, you can't do none of that until a downgrader for 3.52 is released. Only 3.50 and lower can be downgraded. If you really want to, just go read tutorials in the tutorial section. You need to downgrade to 1.50 in order to upgrade to a custom firmware. So yea.

Dont worry,

It could take any time. It could be out tomorrow for all we know. I don't think it'll take a year though. Could be a couple months though. Half a year something like that.

About half of psp users own a psp because of homebrew, so Sony should Shut it!

Wrong. There was an interview that IGN had with the director of sony i believe. In that interview they said they would love to tap into the source of homebrew as theyve seen some very creative stuff but they need to figure out a way on how to accomplish homebrew without allowing certain functions.

Anyways, back on topic.

Which firmware are you using? You can check this by going to Settings > System settings > System information.
What numbers does it say beside system software when you check there.

Be patient. Just because he hasnt replied within a few hours doesnt mean that he wont. Just provide the help and if they dont reply then leave it as is, no need to spam the thread with useless posts discussing if the creator of the topic will post back, and whats taking them so long. It causes the whole thread to go off topic.
