If your PSP gets bricked are you screwed or is there a chance for recovery?

there is a chance of recovery if you have recobery mode on your psp otherwise, welcome to a $200 paper wieght.

if you dont have recovery mode you can get a new psp of a new motherboard

I've bricked mine over 6 times. but I've hade recovery mode, thankfully!

Even without recovery mode you can pick up a PSP modchip and use that to reflash your PSP.

I know a guy in Vancouver that has a laptop thing he plugs into the usb port on bricked psp's (even with non custom firmware) that un-Brickes it! it's pretty sweet

Turn off your psp completely, Then turn it on while holding the r trigger. Next time make your own thread, or at least look for an answer to your problem.
