1:Do I need a USB cord to put emulators and roms on my psp?
2:When an emulator(like a PSOne emulator) is downloaded do I have
to find BIOS or can I start playing right away?( I'm guessing no. ;_; )
3:Can anyone try emulators not exclusively made for the PSP? I mean
like trying ZSNES? Since ZSNES is (IMO) the best SNES Emulator.

1: I think this answer should be obvious. The files have to get on your memory card somehow... Either through a USB cable, or if you have a memory card reader you can take it out of the PSP.

2: Whether or not the emulator needs a BIOS is dependent on that emulator (it's been a while since i tinkered with them). If it does need one, a quick google search is all you need. They're not hard to find.

3. You need PSP emulators.

and to lalilulelo, you don't get banned for posting in the wrong section (well, maybe if you continually do it on purpose, lol)... you just get a friendly reminder not to post in the wrong section. And I'm guessing this was already moved since it's in the help section.
