Do I need a custom firmware or 1.5 to run a PSP ISO? I heard their were programs that would load the game if you didnt have custom firmware.

Yeah its HEN-D that would load the apps to load an ISO. (homebrew enabler, revision D)

Uhh...yeah if devhook is your only option then yeah maybe you should go to custom firmware :lol:
