well your going to have to ask someone to send you there 3.52 M33-4 flash0 files as i am currently using 3.40oe-a i cannot help you here srry but im not sure of any other way or you'll have to downgrade to 1.5 again and upgrade back to 3.52 but thats a long process

It's ok. Staxx just pm'ed me a recovery winstaller so i could get back to 1.50. I've recovered to 1.50 and i'm now back on 3.52 M33-4 again.
I still want this theme on my psp. What did I do wrong the first time, is there anything I need to do so that I wont get a black screen again?

No need to send the files, if you've semi-bricked while flashing everything properly. (according to what you say) Then the problem is that you don't have enough flash0 space. Delete your DIC folder and you should be fine for room...If you want to gain even more flash0 space then take a glance in our tutorial section for clearing flash0 space.
Anyways...delete your DIC folder then try reflashing your theme and let me know how it works out.

you can find a lot of cool themes at
www.psp-hacks.com so don't pick one and go for it before you look at these!

Also when putting a new theme on don't just delete all of the files and past the new theme in because you are missing some of the files to run the PSP (I think you did this when you said you semi bricked it) anyways I know that you have your theme on your PSP now but when putting a new PSP theme on look at all of the files delete only the files that come with the new thing and put them into your PSP and you should be fine.
